The products offered by World furniture are new with a limited manufacturer's warranty for 90 days except Poundex brand with 60 days. Manufacturing defects must be authorized by the Factory or the importer. Contact us for any question or concerns. Warranty doesn't include misuse, wrong assembly, negligence, stains, cuts, etc
