In Home Delivery

World furniture has partnered with third party furniture distributor GiGa Cloud Logistics to provide delivery and assembly service.

• Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside & San Bernardino $60 (2-5 business days) 

• Lancaster, Palmdale, Victorville, Hesperia & Apple Valley $140 (5-7 business days)

• Ventura & Oxnard $250 (2-7 business days)

•San Diego area $100 (5-7 business days)

•San Francisco area $150 (7-14 business days)

•Assembly fee $29 


 – It is your responsibility to ensure that furniture items will fit through all doorways, up stairwells, down halls, and around corners into the desired location. If World furniture is unable to deliver your regular stock furniture to the desired location, you will be charged a 25% restock fee in accordance with our return policy.

– Please notify World furniture of any special requirements in order to successfully complete your delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, requesting smaller trucks to navigate narrow roads, driveways or other obstacles that may impede an easy delivery, informing us of restricted delivery time frames due to local ordinances, needing to provide proof of insurance for high rise and condominium buildings and service elevator reservations. Orders that are cancelled or rescheduled due to special requirements not communicated prior to delivery will be charged the appropriate fees.

– An authorized adult must be home during your scheduled delivery window to accept and inspect your items and sign the delivery ticket. If no authorized adult is home to receive your scheduled delivery, you will be charged a second delivery fee to reschedule a second delivery. If you are unable to receive your delivery photo as a proof of delivery.

– You are responsible for protecting your floors from damage by laying rugs, blankets, or cardboard down prior to delivery. World furniture will not be responsible for any subsequent damage to any flooring. Our delivery personnel are not permitted to move furniture that are presently in your home, nor are they allowed to move or set up electrical equipment.

–  We will contact you by email to confirm the delivery date and a 5-hour delivery window. If you need to change your delivery date after you've confirmed the delivery schedule, please send the email to our customer service at least 2 business days prior to your scheduled delivery date, or you will be charged for an additional delivery.
